How are credits used?

Your free daily allowance is used first and resets at midnight UTC. After that, each image generation uses 1 credit. The credit is reserved when generation starts.

When do I receive my monthly credits?

Credits arrive after your first payment and each successful monthly renewal. They expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over. If payment is still processing, check your Billing and Credits pages shortly afterward.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open Billing in your account and cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Your unused credits remain available until their original expiry date. Canceling does not automatically refund past payments.

What happens if generation fails?

Confirmed failures or cancellations restore the credit used for that task. If the provider's submission status cannot be confirmed, the credit remains reserved to prevent duplicate charges from resubmitting. Contact support if the task stays unresolved.
